Social media marketing/posting Position

Social media marketing/posting Position Looking for someone who is a Social Media expert. Someone who will on my behalf join Facebook Groups that may need my services and post on them periodically promoting me. This is not placing paid ads. This is joining existing groups and posting within them to try to get the members of the group interested in contacting the company to quotes for services. It has to be done with courtesy so as not to get kicked out of the group. The person would search and join pertinent groups at a high rate of 15+/day and also continue with scheduled posts at peak times of day and peak days of the week. An accurate record of what text is being posted and what photo is used in order to find the best combinations for most success. I would need daily access the records to supervise its accuracy and progression. The posting would be on a schedule that works with the best posting times and how often per week or month the posting on that group is acceptable as to stay in good standing with the group. Some groups would be posted on weekly, some by-weekly, some monthly etc. Once the posting has started within a group, you would delete the old post before putting up a new one as to not look like you are over-posting within the group. I would like the number of groups that are being posted on be around 400 or more. They would need to be large groups that will would be a good fit or good potential clients. Some posts may be generic, but most of them will vary slightly in the wording to fit the group. The post needs to show value to the group in order to stay in good standing with them. The photo used in the post may vary depending on the group you are posting in. Different pictures may be used until we find a good set that has the most success. All photos used must be Royalty Free or they need to become the property of Insurance-Guy.net. The wording and photo may change greatly depending on the time of year to get the most impact. Utilizing holidays and deadlines to promote urgency or good will. All the documentation and posts would be the property of [login to view URL] and would not be used or shared with any other entity. All info created would be proprietary info. The person would need to be able to read and write English fluently and with skill. They would need to be able to manipulate images in order to make them work in the posts. They would need to be able to post at the peak browsing times to get the biggest impact with the group. They would need to be self-motivated to keep up and continue to progress and to stay scheduled. Must be organized and a good record keeper. Must have a good grasp of Facebook workings and rules and how to use it and use it to get the best impact for the company. This position will continue to grow to include other Social Media marketing
