Video port controll

On and off keyboard and monitor using hotkeys on Windows 7. Any programming language is [login to view URL] works on Windows 7. Need demo below small project and I will award full project. Module 1: If I press specific combination win+s keys the monitor should turn off and at the same time the keyboard and mouse should disable except win key and s key(to use this keys turn on monitor and keyboard again -- that is module 2).We can do this on .net(I don't have experience) Module 2: If I press win+s key again the Monitor should On or The black screen should disable and return lock screen ctrl+alt+delete. win+s keys combination only return the lock screen, OTHER KEYS SHOULD NOT WORK INCLUDING ctrl+alt+[login to view URL] display the ctrl+alt+delete screen,the keyboard & mouse should work (enable all keys and mouse action)so that I can Logon windows OS 7 normally. Exceptions: If can't turn off monitor at least put the screen in black that's looks like monitor is off. Source : We have lot of resources online ..... but I am not a programmer We can do it using autohotkey scripit(.ahk). it basically black screensaver it goes entire screen black, if hit any key or mouse it return lock screen(off course that is function of screensaver). But I need lock screen if I press win+S keys only, OTHER KEYS SHOULD NOT WORK INCLUDING ctrl+alt+delete
