Need the jTDS driver modified for QUOTED_IDENTIFIER (Java)

I need the latest jTDS driver (currently 1.3.1 and available here: [login to view URL]) modified. You should just need to tweak few lines in the [login to view URL] file to allow me to pass in a pre-defined string (such as "quoted_identifier=off") to change the QUOTED_IDENTIFIER setting to OFF. I actually made the changes to the file already myself but I just don't know how to build the project properly to produce the .jar file necessary to load on the server. I would pay up to $50 to have the driver compiled. I would also prefer to be shown how to do it myself in case there are other critical updates to the driver that need to be rebuilt quickly. I would pay another $50 or so for the additional time to show me how to build it myself depending on how long that would take. I am a software developer already but deal with non-compiled web languages so I should be able to pick up the steps easily.
