Need a Java Script written similar to existing program.

Hello. I am looking for someone skilled in java and xml to create a program similar to the one listed below named Mass Badge Giver (teapot v1.4.0)

Mass Badge Giver

Teapot is an application that allows you to send IMVU badges to multiple avatars in one go from a given list of avatar names.

The picture included shows the very basic interface and its open source so it can be examined. I also have permission from the person who originally

wrote it who is willing to consult with me on the project, just not willing to do it himself.

Heres what this program does:

IMVU has these things called badges that have to be sent out one by one. This program allows them to be sent through the backend of the site bypassing the browser and hassle of doing it normally. Right now this program allows it to be done this way and also allows you to send to many users at one time in a row and shows a verify window.

Heres what more I want it to do:

I want it to be able to allow multiple users AND multiple badges to be placed in and then it to run all of them. (in example it says enter names with spaces and id like a similar box for entering multiple badges.

AND

I want to be able to input many in as a set that i can then click only once (say there is 5 - 20 instances in set)
