Hi, I have read through you project and feel that I can help you with this. In my current job we use SQL geography data types and we also need to work out the distance as the crow flies from one point to another. Couple that with a simple loop to keep on going until 20 results are found (or maybe also limit it to X loops to stop it getting stuck forever) and that should be it. Thanks Kevin Ross

I cant help you on that. You need a stored procedure that called by the parameters with altitudes. the the stored procedure works(by looping and calculation the values return) and give you the output. i can write a procedure in SQL Server for you.
