Capture an iPhone app traffic on fiddler or Charles

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . Anyone has a jail broken iPhone where they can capture an app traffic for me and send it to me? The reason it must be jail broken phone because then you can kill certificate pinging since the app does that. I will tell you the app. All you need to do capture its traffic (pressing specific buttons inside i will tell u which) On fiddler or Charles. If you still have no idea what I’m talking about, this isn’t for you. I’m also willing to pay a small amount for this since there is no coding involved but I figured this is the only place to find someone who might know about this.
