Configure Zimbra 8.5.1 mail server

We have a Linux based Zimbra community mail server version 8.5.1 which has been running for going on two years but was never fully configured to stop spam. Instead, we use an assp spam server in front of the Zimbra server.
SpamAssassin and other things are enabled along zimbraSpamTagPercent and zimbraSpamKillPercent but bayes is not enabled.
Need someone to get on the server, complete the configuration, let it run for a while, then do any final tuning needed so that we can get rid of the assp server.
If you can do this, we will contact you for ongoing and possibly other works depending on your skills set.
