I require a complete rewrite of a basic android app that was written for me in the past. I want the app to be developed for mobile/web, potentially using AWS Amplify

I need a modern feel to the front end and can supply some suggested wireframes.

This app is to been built on some AWS services and will require knowledge of AWS infrastructure and basic DB design.

The app will have some key areas of functionality covering:

- User registration/login using Cognito

- DB to store user and application state

- Main functionality is a voice recording functionality. Once recorded, the user can review, delete or upload the recording. Old recordings to be stored locally.

- Once uploaded (to an S3 bucket), the file gets processed in turn by Transcribe and by Comprehend.

- As well as a Sentiment Analysis (built in to Comprehend), I will supply a custom Comprehend endpoint.

- The output from the sentiment analysis and custom Comprehend classification will be a score across key markers (3 emotions). Based on this score, the app will send a suitable response (if happy is > 50 send report A, etc). These responses to be managed in the DB.

- These reports to be stored locally so that they may be retrieved/compared in the future

Currently the S3 -> Transcribe -> Comprehend orchestration is managed by AWS Steps, calling Lambdas, but I’d like some validation on whether this approach is suitable, or could be improved on.

Secondary pieces of functionality are as follows:

- A mood board, where a user can record their score against various types of emotions. These to be logged and charted.

- Daily prompts – I will supply some motivational phrases to populate the DB – these to be shown at random on the appropriate screen.

Even though there sounds a lot, the key functionality has already been proven.

I want this step to

- really improve the look of the app

- use a modern development framework

- integrate a Comprehend custom classifier (at the moment it just uses the built in Sentiment Analysis)

- improve AWS implementation in a fresh account
