I am familiar with Python programming, and the crawler written by selenium and phantomjs.

I am Python developer with experience in creating Web Scrapers and browser Automation. My core field of applications is creating Web Applications and Services. I have used Selenium for scraping Instagram profiles (Hobby Project). I plan on using Gmail Library for Python if the only thing required is to send the emails. If the project somehow requires Browser Automation, then I will use Splinter for Python (Instead of Selenium).

I understand you need to send out mails using gmail web app. I have a python selenium gmail framework with about 13 scripts that include signing in, composing email and logging out among other tasks. I've worked with firefox profiles before to speed up execution of tasks and reduce overall duration (since cache is reused). As I have the code ready, integrating this with your crawler is pending.
