Proposal: As I said, I have a lot of experience with Chrome Extensions, and I'm sure I can do this in quick and quality way. There is one thing to be aware of: Chrome allows downloads only to the folder that's set in its settings. So, if you want to have a separate folder for each domain, it would be possible only if these folders are going to be inside the folder that's set in Chrome's settings.
