Nodejs program with seleniumwebdriver consuming rabbitmq messages

The rabbitmq message is: {"max":"100"} Next is important: This program should wait until mocha test ends for consuming new rabbitmq messages. This mocha test should execute a webdriverIO test runner "[login to view URL]()" Without UI. All backend. Then executing: [login to view URL]('https://www.random.org/integers/num=1&min=1&max=VALUE_PASSED_FROM_RABBITMQ&col=1&base=10&format=plain&rnd=new'); where VALUE_PASSED_FROM_RABBITMQ is the variable passed from [login to view URL] (in the example =100) and return the generated number to [login to view URL], ready to consume a new rabbitmq message.
