Python Multithreading & GUI

Hello, I am in the learning mode for Python right now, and I need some help. I have written a small program that involves taking a pictures of the mouse location, determining the average color of the area, and clicking if the average color changes too quickly.

I would like to add 2 features that I cannot figure out.

1. I want to multithread the program so it waits for the right mouse button, runs the program while the right mouse is held down, and stops running the program when the right mouse is released.

[url removed, login to view] program must remain fast, so I'd like to also multithread the pixel sampling operation.

3. I would also like to add a simple graphical user interface, so I can adjust the sensitivity value in a text box and see when the program is enabled, or disabled, based on the right mouse click.

My program is posted, take a look and get back to me. I'm not in a hurry, and am looking for a Python mentor that I can pay in the future for more help!
