Self Driving Car using Raspberry Pi 3

So I have this project that needs to be done as soon as possible. It is meant to be self driving car. So the logic is this. It has to have its own map with few streets. Person tells program where car needs to go and car goes there by itself. So it has to know its own position. I need code in Python and scheme how to connect hardware and a list of hardware I need.
