I need a computer program for my title company. The developer needs to integrate with two title agency software that I currently use and create a workflow which has a bunch of checklists for each department. Once a department finished their tasks, an email needs to go out to the next person in charge to advise them that the work is theirs now. I also need the checklist to check itself off once certain documents are provided. We need to code these documents so they get checked off on its own. I also need a board to be able to see all open tasks at any time. Please advise if you have the capability of doing this, the price for this and the exact amount of time this should take. Thank you
