Hello. I see you wished for the application to be written in C# and you wanted to track your drivers phone numbers. I would like you to know, with respect, that it's impossible for this concept. However I am more than willing to write an application in C# which can tell you the drivers location using an app installed on their phone. Due to the limitations on C#, I can only build it for Windows Phone currently but I am also more than willing to build for Android after initial testing however this would take a bit more time due to the massive code differences between C# and Java.
