I had a Simple receipt program written a few years back. I want to expand it to be more of a financial program. The Customer entry block right now has 4 fields and would need to be expanded to enter more information. Address, date of birth, Gender, ssn and phone numbers(home, cell and work). I then would need a more detailed ledger system created. It would be more like a Excel spread sheet that could be updated and added to as the persons finances change and evolve. At this time it prints the customer's payments and keeps a tally on them plus a daily service report, daily void receipt report, daily customer report and a daily sales report. We would need a past due report for all that are past due. This would be Phase 1. Phase 2 would be a module to bill insurance company's so a understanding of that would be helpful. I don't know if this can be built on or we would have to start over from the bottom up. It would be helpful to you I think if you are interested if we could do a teamviewer and I could show you what I have and you being the expert's guide me.
I am extending this for 7 more days. As I talked to some of you I realized that I needed to make a more detailed description with some visual aids. While doing this I needed to get more detailed feedback from the people using it. I should be able to start setting up some teamviewers with people Thursday and Friday of this week.
