Jira Atlassian Integration with external database

I use Jira software [login to view URL] for some internal reporting ( Issue tracking ) inside a company. i use the server version ( i host ), NOT the CLOUD ONE. Issue tracking version, 10 $ for 10 users. I need a person that know very well this software, and can make advanced personalization / Integration on some fields, as i would like that jira read data from a database of customer, saved into my database, and use it inside jira. I need 5 personalizations inside the software, and in particular i need to use 5 tables of an outside database. Database is in mysql . If there may be problems with odbc or connecting with this database, it may be possibile to use CSV files, that i will update schuduly every minute for example. Please bet ONLY if you KNOW JIRA, you already use it, you already personalized it. Any no sense bidding will be reporting to freelancer / send BAD feedback to your account. First i want to see a JIRA personalization using an external table on mysql / CSV file After that i see that you can work well with jira i will give you specified details on the project. So this project is just to see 1 personalization using an external database. After i will create another project of 80 euro , with the detailed job request. Thanks
