Solar maintenance

I need already made templates or method statements and check sheets for the below tasks. Each document can be purchased separately.

Requirements

1. Let me know which method statements and checklists you can provide

2. Samples will be required

Method statements are needed for the below visual inspection of:

1. Visual inspection of the substructure concerning stability and corrosion

2. PV array (panel cabling, supporting framework).

• Check sheets of the above activities are also required to ensure these activities are controlled, and Maintenance records can be recorded.

• As the above will be documented, the method statement should include taking pictures of any possible damage.

• The method statement should also have details to take any action needed to fix the problem.

Method statements of the below Maintenance activities

1. Tightness check of anchoring blocks of the modules to the structure and inspection of antitheft bolts (if any) conditions

• Inspection and tightening the screws of the modules and substructure with proper torque (10 pcs / MW. Min 50 pcs)

Other:

Maintenance logbook

- Recording of the maintenance operations in a maintenance logbook, including the information about the maintenance personnel (name, title or job position, and company authorization).
