The required scope of work is as follows:.
1. review the part files and check all measurements against the drawing [url removed, login to view]
2. if ok then do the modifications as noted on sk1
3. put all parts into an assembly
4. apply restraints and loads as shown in sk3
5. apply 250 MPa material value A36
6. increase load till max failure stress value
7. if max value is greater than 2,000kg then do drawing, if not then we need to make more changes to strengthen the jig.
7. document completed parts fully in a drawing and PDF.
