we search for candidates who focus on learning JHipster and are getting also support from our senior software engineers to learn that stuff.
Our goal is to find the right candidates to get aboard to our team.
So the deal will be that you get tasks like
implement a select box, which is getting prefilled from
- a list of Strings
- a enum
- a list of java objects
also explaining how to translate these select box values
you have to write the steps down into a tutorial document/article, which is explaining each step and referring to code, which will be published on our internal git repository (access will be shared)
And you have to record each step in a tutorial video
For video and doc the audience will be junior developers
If you are not having any of the given skills, we will teach you them, BUT also here, you have to write an article and record a video.

Mandatory requirements:
- you are a good developer already and having good experiences with Angular and spring-boot
- you have a clean and good writing skill in terms of writing developer articles to follow your steps
So your benefits
- you learn new very advanced technologies, which senior software engineer use
- you learn from very experienced java developers with over 20y java experience
Drawback:
- payments will be low, since you get high paid seniors to teach you things and you have to persist their knowledge to articles and videos
Payments:
payments will be on fixed rate basis and will be agreed prior starting. Afterwards we will file a milestone
Payment will be variable with malus and bonus system
- 100% for delivery in time, on delivery after due date => malues, on deliver before due bonus
- in bad quality => malus, good quality => bonus
- on high usage of our seniors => malus, on low/none usage of seniors => bonus
We will share you more of work like in the example and will increase the complexity over time.
