SQL Connection String Error(repost)

I need to get my software to connect to an SQL server on the network.
I can connect to the server just fine using SQL Anwhere.
However, my software won't do it correctly.
I'm assuming I may have an error in my connection string.
I was told that I need to structure the string this way, but I don't know how.

Here is the current connection string I'm using.
MICROS&Provider=SAOLEDB.11;UID=custom;PWD=custom;ENG=sqlmicros1;CON=SQL_DBC_190f07d8;LINKS='TCPIP(IP=[login to view URL];PORT=2638)'
