Port Listener Program (PLP)

Objectives: • Hear one specific port • Write / Read in SQL data base • Send commands to devises Uses: 1- Receive incoming data from multiple devises and save it into SQL data base 2- Reply ACK to each devise transmission 3- Send to selected devise an outgoing selected data take it from SQL data base Devises to be used with PLP: Brand Queclink, model GT300, we have the @Track Air Interface Protocol provided by Queclink in order to clarify any doubt Data Base: SQL (already set, up and running) Store procedures (SP): 1- Already created and working to receive / write into SQL Data base as we mention in Uses: point 1. May require check. 2- Already created and working to reply ACK as we mention in Uses: point 2. May require check. 3- To send outgoing message mention on Uses: point 3 need to be developed, we was thinking to create the command string from web site and then send it thru the Port Listener Program (open to new ideas), we already have on data base table the IP, Port, IMEI to be able to send commands Generals: 1- Need to be done the change of Status (0=Active; 1= Not active) at the moment the IP and port change for specific IMEI in the [login to view URL] table. This data is coming in the incoming data string and is handling by the SP 2- For the outgoing messages we need to create (by SP or Trigger) a sequence in hexadecimal format, it should begin from ‘0000’ and increases by 1 every time, it should roll back after ‘FFFF’, this will be saved in [login to view URL] table, setting in the table Status field with 0= next available; 1= used 3- Program PLP screen need to have: a. The field to type the port number. b. The button to activate or not the PLP c. Option to close PLP d. Option to run as a service e. Section to see incoming and outgoing data f. Section to see connected devises with IP, Port, IMEI, Date g. Clean screens after ‘X’ amount of connections h. Section to send a manual command to 1 specific devise 4- We will provide User and Password to SQL Data Base with Owner rights Previous versions: 1- We have V.01 of the PLP, created on 2013 by developer working in the company, this person leave the company, PLP was not finish, code was lost when laptop was stolen, we have application program on old server to show if is need it 2- We have V.02 of the PLP and code on new server, we hire a Freelancer this year, but this person can not be able to finish the program, we can show it if you need it
