SQL Function to extract specific words

I need a sql function to extract some specific words from string.
These are the requirement
1. Identify specific word(s) and copy extracted word into the column "Name".
2. In case that there are multiple words extracted. Copy the content of the row into new row and copy the second extracted word into the column "name"
