I am looking for an expert in the database sector, to support R&D project. I have a large CSV File and we look to develop an SSIS package for CSV processing.

1. Link to the data set: [login to view URL]

2. Un-zipped CSV file weights 2.2 GB.

What I'm looking for is:

1. Setup of the solution on my PC, that will enable management of the data set.

2. Training on how to filter, and export range of the data for the filter into formats such as excel.
