This job is located In Hyderabad If you are a highly experienced system admin in the hosting industry with entrepreneurial and leadership skills, we have a job for you. You will lead a support team, train them in proper business practice, and optimize the operation. We are not looking for a simple manager and we definitely are not looking for someone who wants do his 8 hours and go home. We are looking for someone who is interested to sacrifice and grow with the company. Job description - Maintain servers at the highest level - Respond to client as a last frontier (when no one in the team can solve a problem you walk in. ) - Develop a tech support method and policies. - Train new staffs at this method. - Recommend and implement new systems to improve the tech support operation. - Be a generalist businessman to improve the company all around. Skills required Strong experience in the hosting industry. Strong experience as System Admin in Linux. Strong Leadership and management skills. An entrepreneurial spirit.
