4 years experience with Windows server 2003, 2008. 2 years experience with Powershell, not daily work, but can manage this. This project will need to have additional software (from Microsoft) installed on the client on domain, shouldn't be a problem. I would prefer remote access to a computer on the domain with account with sufficient rights - or what is probably best securitywise from your point of view - have script file transferred to you and have a chat or something like that for guidance if necessary.
