Need help with Tableau Time Series analysis

Hello,
I need some help with Tableau and specifically time series data. I want to be able to plot / overlay different sets of data and visualize them. That is what Tableau is for ?.
For example, take the following two data sets – [login to view URL] and file2.txt. file1 data is at a product level and file2 data is it a product group level. That is, several records from file1 (that belong to the same product group) have been combined into one record in file2. So, I want to plot the products in file1 and related product group in file2.
I need someone that has worked with Tableau time series analysis and be able to do this task and show me how to do it. I want this to be interactive with me so that I can do this for other data sets.
I need to start this task as soon as possible – as early as now which is 9:35 AM in Dallas, TX USA and 3:35 PM GMT. Thanks,
