Looking for resources

I need someone to find resources for certain point in the Value Added Tax -VAT-. There are some requirements that you are required to follow which are; 1- there has to be at least three resources for each point. 2- the resources have to cover all the elements that are provided under each point. 3- you have to provide the page number for each resource and the point and sub-point that the resource explains. 4- You are allowed to use the one book in two different sub-point. so you cannot use the same resource in more than two sub-point. 5- the pages in the resources should not be more than 3 pages maximum and these pages have to be provided. 6- the resources have to be books that are published, any other resource won’t be accepted. 7- the resources have to be in a PDF files, so I can have a full excess on them. 8- the resources have to be in English you have to follow all the requirements other ways the work won’t be accepted. you have to finish the work before the deadline, so the work will be cancelled if it not completed in the deadline. I will have 48 hours to check the resources and give you my feedback whether approval on not.
