i need to complete a requirement spec for my website. You will be required to physically listen to me over skype and create the requirement spec. You should be a very fast typist. I need someone that is technically inclined and that has done similar tasks before so that you can recommend areas that i may miss. You should also be able to recommend and make suggestions also reflecting current web standards. Please only bid if you have done this before or are confident on capturing all areas required for a requirement specification.
