Need a Marketing Specialist to Set up Real Estate Marketing Campaigns. Data & Excel Experts Welcome

Hi my name is Nathali, and I am a real estate investor in South Florida. I am looking for a virtual assistant/marketing manager that can assist in me setting up my marketing campaigns. My marketing channels are RVM, SMS, and Cold Calling Campaigns. I will be hiring in the next 7 days We will execute & track the campaigns using Podio, Call Rail, ROOR aka Lead Blast Pro, and Xen Call dialer. Responsibilities ● Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers ● Research and Analyze properties on MLS ● Disposition properties to investors/buyers ● Building data bases. ●Cleaning data bases. ●Making FB and Craiglist posting. ●Working on RVM and SMS campaigns Here are the requirements: Must speak and write English well. Must have a reliable internet connection. Must be responsible, committed, and punctual. Must have great optimization skills. Must work have worked on eastern time zone before Must know how to multi task. **Experience in working in the real estate market is a big plus.
