Sales & Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join a growing Cleaning Company in Canada. This main responsibility for this role would be to help grow our customer base by booking cleaning services for their homes. You will have meaningful conversations and have a deep understanding of what our customers need in order to suggest the most suitable cleaning service for them.
This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Fielding inbound & outbound calls to address customer concerns
Offering appropriate cleaning service suitable for client's needs
Joining and becoming an active part of local Facebook communities to promote our services
Following up with customers after their first clean and request a Google review
Addressing issues that arise from Cleaners & customers
Requirements:
Steady & reliable internet connection
Impeccable written & verbal English skills
Extensive customer service experience
Ability to handle customer complaints with utmost professionalism
Meet daily and weekly goals as set by management
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm PST (Vancouver time)
Compensation:
Daily rate of 1,000PHP + 50PHP per shift for food allowance
Additional commission of 50PHP per new successful booking
Bonuses may also be rewarded based on goal outcomes
Successful candidate must be in the Philippines and able to work posted hours. If contacted, please note that you'll be invited to a Group Interview with other potential candidates. This will serve as the first interview and if we feel there's a fit, you'll be invited to the second and final interview.
