I have cad files and image files of a large project which include the complete architectural drawings and interior elevations.
I am needing someone to work from the floor plans and use ready-made models from a certain style and place them inside the scene (imagining what it could be) and create interior renderings this way. I need a total of 5 views / 5 spaces, one view each space.
I need a person or preferably a team who has knowledge of interior design, architectural design, expert 3d modeling and rendering skills.
Preferably, the same team who is selected for my other post to complete this job as well.
I need a person or team who is organized, can read cad files adequately and professionally, follows deadlines, always has time to work on projects (with spare people to help who can produce the same and equal work of main applicant), and who has nice samples of interior renderings done and exterior renderings with nice landscaping of exterior buildings with landscaping.
Someone or a team that can work fast, professionally, on time, on budget.
I need a team that can follow instructions, is patient, is hard working and dedicated.
I need a team that can be around when I need them, not only in hours that are convenient for them, but in hours when they can communicate with me while I am online still (I am on PST + 5).
Need not apply rookies who have no architectural portfolio, no nice samples of interiors and who are not specialized in architectural renderings.
I need a bid for the 5 views, but also for the freelancer to specify his hourly rate, in case it is needed on this or other jobs.
The time needed to complete each view will depend on the person doing the job. It should take about 3-4 hours to create the basic 3d space, another 3 hours to set up the furniture, another hour to set-up the lights, another hour to make tests and adjustments and so forth. Total approximate 9 hours per scene, plus Photoshop, plus adjustments to the colors if needed or requested. So can be say 12 hours per scene/view total, but time can vary depending on person or team doing the work.

Following your inputs, we supposed to charge you 12hr*5renderings*10$/hr=600$, but I am pretty sure that we can finish the job faster than that, and that is why I decided to set lower price. It is hard to set accurate offer without knowing how model exactly look like. Can you send me some files to have better view of what exactly you are looking for?
