We require a 2 story dwelling to be designed. We only require the layout of the dwelling with the rooms/spaces set out for now.
You can hand draw, use autocad, Archicad or any program you want.
Don't worry about doors or windows etc. Focus on layout and spaces.
We require a fast turn around. We are looking around the $80-$100 mark as you are only focusing on the layout/position/spaces of the rooms. To provide a basic concept of the floor layout for both levels.
I can provide a pdf/dwg of the site plan, a simple brief and some photos of the site.
