Produce a skeleton rig for this simple Cinema4D R14 character

A very simple and quick job - I have a Cinema4D R14 document with a character in it that I need rigging with the right weights applied so I can animate him. The joints should be positioned in the right places, and IK should be used to ensure movement is realistic. It should be an easy job for anyone who knows Cinema4D and is familiar with this work. The character is simple enough, I've attached it here so you can see what you're dealing with before you apply.
