I am created 3D models (Printed) using a Makerbot Printer.
Need to have several types of equipment created to allow a physical model of several rooms in a hospital.
Rooms of Equipment to be modeled:
Exam Room
- Exam Table (3 versions)
- Exam Stool (2 versions)
- Sink
- Desk
- Side Chairs
- Scale
- Step-on Waste Can
Patient Room
- Bed
- Recliner Chair
- IV Stand
- Linen Hamper
- Side Chair
- Overbed Table
- IV Stand with Infusion Pump
- Bedside Cabinet
Design Criteria:
1) All models need to be 1:40 scale and have a minimum thickness of .4mm
2) Create .STL files
3) The designs do NOT need to be exact to the sample images. Since there are small details that will not be noticeable in such a small scale, it is not required to include them. Also, very small openings can be filled-in so that the items will print as a solid object. Items like casters, knobs and handles should be re-designed to make them structurally sound. Some past models were too easy to break.
To start, we will create 1 or 2 items to get them "perfect", so you have a good idea of the level of detail.
I will attach images and specs with the representative products to base your design upon.
