Enhance Existing Web Copy

I need a writer to clean up our existing web copy, and make sure it is clear, concise, and consistent, unified, and add some personality, as well as put a marketing spin on it all. Basically, you’ll create the “voice?? of our new consumer oriented e-commerce company, so you need to have a creative, witty/cool writing style, and be able to create copy that makes users want to be part of our company and sign up to our website. The copy includes the About Us, FAQ, How our Site works, Getting Started, etc. There are currently a total of 4,000 words. Your task is to clean it up, add to it or remove content that isn’t good, etc. Some of the copy is probably good just the way it is, some of it might need to be cleaned up, and some might need to be re-written, and in some places, we just might need all-together new content to address something that we missed. You should be familiar with web 2.0 applications, web sites, social media, social websites, etc., as all of these are where we fit in with. You’ll need to take a look at our website to get a good idea of our site to see if there are other things you need to mention in the copy ??" so it’s important for you to be understood these sites and the marketing spins. If this works out, we may want you to write press releases, email notifications, other sales copy, brochure and marketing copy, etc. You must speak very good English, and your grammar and punctuation must be superb for this project. Please provide related writing samples/links with your bid. IMPORTANT: The project timeline for this is 7 days, and should be ready to start later this week. If you don’t have time to work on this project, then please don’t bid. I MUST have status updates every day, including latest revisions of the copy for my approval. If it looks like you’re not working on the project or making any progress, I’ll have to get a new writer and cancel the project. I will NOT extend the project; instead, I’ll hire another writer.

Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
