I need transcription of spoken English audio files of interviews to text files (.txt or MS word). I will supply an audio file as .mp3 that may range from 30 to 60 minutes. The file size may be from 10-60MB and will be uploaded to a server for retrieval by you. The audio file is of interviews in stereo: interviewer in one audio channel, the guest in the other. As raw audio capture, they also sometimes contain the entire interview session with extraneous speaking such as "is this microphone on? are we rolling? ready? are we ready?" The important part is to recognize and transcribe the actual interview questions and answers, although it is ok to just transcribe everything if you are unsure. Much of the interviews contain scientific, technical, and medical terms.
During the interview, the questions are usually brief, but the answers can go on for a few minutes each. I would like a time stamp, designating elapsed time from the beginning of the file, whenever the speaker changes. For example:
