My company works for a webcasting agency and is expanding, and we need new webcast managers - one French and English speaking. Contract is hourly rate work from home, full training at London location provided and then support online and by telephone. Occassional need to go to London, so you must be in a location that is commutable to West London. Client growing at a teriffic rate, so we need to take on more consultants to cope with this growth. You must be bilingual in English/French, available 10+ office hours a week, experienced with corporate projects, project management or conference management, and understand HTML. This would suite a * Virtual PA * Virtual Secretary * Web Designer with Video Editing and HTML Experience * Marketing consultant who manages HTML email campaigns. * Social media and email marketing expert We need references, CVs and will trial this through vworker for a short period, hence fixed rate programme, before offering a contract to pay direct on monthly invoice terms outside of vworker in a direct contracting arrangement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? execute client engagements and be client point-of-contact for project related issues. ? Responsible for the production of live and on-demand webcasts. ? Provide client training of our client's proprietary webcasting platform, delivered by telephone and online. REQUIREMENTS ? At least 4 years of work experience in a deadline driven environment. ? Fluency in either Spanish or Russian, and also in English - both written and oral skills needed. ? Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ? Excellent organizational, planning, management and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline. ?
