Hi, I am bi-lingual and a native French speaker. I grew up just outside of Bordeaux and attended French state primary and secondary schools (before returning to the UK for my A-levels). I feel that this background will be enable me to translate in a way that gets across the meaning of the original subtitles, which is something that is often missed in translation. My translation will also be both grammatically correct and the spelling will be accurate. I have experience in translating for friends and family and as part of my previous job as an auditor I regularly translated French emails and technical documents on our clients with French subsidiaries or parent companies. I also have experience in translation and liaison for an English professional sound and lighting company twice a year on their French engagements. With regards to my lowest per word rate, are you referring to typing speed? If so I average 75wpm. Please message me if you need any more background information from me or if you have any queries.
