Just need a neat, clean and easy-to-read sports theme for my Wordpress CMS with some fixins like consistent image sizes on the front page

Looking for some simple stylesheet work to make my blog ([login to view URL]) look more professional and easy to read. I USE THE WORDPRESS CMS! Thinking about: - consistent image sizes on the front page so that the lists of posts look more streamlined, then the pictures can be blown back up to their original size inside the post itself. - Widgets somewhere in the space where the latest posts from a certain category can reside SEPARATE from the original stream of posts (see the VIDEO widget on [login to view URL]) - Something as aesthetically pleasing as [login to view URL] There may be some other things that we come across along the way.
