I need Tagalog medical interpreter for a medical evaluation in Richmond Ca for tomorrow at 1130am

Hello!! I'm needing a Tagalog medical interpreter for tomorrow 29th of December a 11:30 AM. Doesn't matter if it's non certified, it's still acceptable, I just need someone fluent for this on-site medical appointment which will not exceed the 2 hour minimum for Richmond, CA. The budget is $60 for the 2 hours minimum, if it's less hours the budget is the same, it'll probably take less than an hour.
