Tech support on VeriFone and Hypercom terminals

We are a prepaid gift card and customer loyalty company in the US and we are interested in hiring in individual who has experience downloading and troubleshooting VeriFone, Hypercom and possibly other POS products. The ideal candidate would be located in eastern or western Europe so as to round out our tech support hours and improve our availability to customers in European markets. We will provide training on our software and all of the specifics of our products, but we are interested in candidates with experience working with credit card terminals. This will be a part-time contract position. We estimate that this will involve 10 to 20 hours/week in the long term. You must be able to speak and write English. We have a growing number of customers in Poland, so Polish would be advantageous, but is not required.
