I have a functioning Opencart (Version 1.5.6) website here: [login to view URL] I would like you to create an Opencart Theme using my Photoshop PSD's as designs. My Photoshop PSD's can be downloaded here: [login to view URL] I would like the theme to be built using Bootstrap. I plan to eventually make the website responsive using "minimized" versions of the pages for small screen devices. The Opencart website has been customized. All of the extra functions must work properly when your theme is complete. Your them can be custom coded or based on an existing theme that you've re-skinned using my designs. Please ask any and all questions. I am ready to begin.
