Ubuntu Server Administration

We have a set of servers that supports to major websites, all running on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.
One of our developers is responsible for the servers, but he needs help with automation of many features during system administration, like server deployment, more flexible backups and more.
The first jobs would be:
1. Maintain staging server and Plausible server (updates, additional settings, creating boilerplate for the CI, and some other tasks).
2. Create scripts for production-servers.
