Hello, after reading through your posting I would estimate this to be a 1-2 weeks job depending on the amount of refining thats has to be done. In my years in the games industry I used unity professionally in big companies for many years and I have a lot of experience with developing mobile games. The features you require are relatively simple to add. One question I have if you also require art/UI design and/or 3d models to be updated? If so I will have to see your app or get more infos and discuss is with my artist. Another question is if you have any webserver/database already? As a leaderboard will require this, if not some online services like Google's Firebase or Microsoft's Playfab have free tiers that can provide your game with a database.
