Urgent graphics by monday

I need to add some graphics to my website that look like [login to view URL]'s 5 boxes in the center with a blue background that you see on the home page. I will need this to be done in jpg format and get the html code as well. Our program will only allow us to have one picture so we would like these 5 boxes to be one picture, but each section of the picture that looks like a box will link to different places. It needs to be about 600px wide by 450-500px high. Rather than having the skinny long box at the top, we would like it in the middle. Please make the colors of the background match the colors of the banner included in the file, but do something to spice this up. We would like to use bright orange, yellow red or purble for the writing. Since I am not quite sure what we are going to say in each of the boxes, I would like to get the file only with the background and a separate file with the background and the text over it saying something similar to best buy so we can get a feel for what the final thing will look like. On the big box at the top, you can just write SALE really big and we will change that according to the holiday. in the middle. On the thin middle box we would like it say something like "we have it all" and flash words saying what different kinds of items for example home theater, music, lcd, appliances, entertainment centers, camcorders, digital cameras or maybe just flash the brands. On one of the boxes at the bottom it can say click for hotsellers on the other it can say click for lastest addition to our catalogue. The third box at the bottom can say guaranteed low prices. I would like these graphics by Monday and then I will see what changes we want to make on Tuesday. We will resumit on Wed for final revisions.
