There are a fixed point ,which is the store, and some random delivery points on the map. For this example; a fixed point and 9 randomly delivery points. We have to cover all the randomly delivery points on the map. It's like a TSP but not. The routes don't have to turn back to the store, which is starting fixed point. The routes should be adjustable. For instance, we want to set the kilometer limit as 10 km maximum for each route. Then, the routes should cover as much as possible random delivery points. The aim is covering the all random delivery points with minimum number of routes.
