I am looking for an experienced web designer with EXCELLENT user interface skills to help create several supplemental web pages based on an existing design. The website is a real estate site for properties in the LAS VEGAS area. Prior experience with Real Estate based websites is a plus. The new web pages needed are: 1. A wordpress theme that will match the current design & integrate seamlessly. 2. A search box for the MLS search similar to the one on [url removed, login to view] (very simple & easy to use) 3. A results page that will display homes for sale similar to [url removed, login to view] 4. A detailed page on specific property similar to [url removed, login to view] This page will also need a form to get in contact with us. contact info: First name (textbox), last name (textbox), phone number (textbox), email address (textbox) moving details: do you have an agent (select box), when do you want to move (select box), how long have you been looking (select box), where would you like to live (textbox), do you already have an agent (select box), have you been prequalified (select box) submit button 4a. A "print brochure" page that will allow the user to print all of the details for the property on 1 page. it will also need an area to place our logo & contact information / website. Please see the attached zipfile it has the current design template PSD & fonts.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
