I'm the owner of a health & wellness blog. I'd like to find a physical trainer to create 4 short videos. This video will be for a health blog directed to women and men that suffer from Thyroid problems. The person should be a physical trainer( woman) with experience in doing exercise videos on youtube or blogs. I'd like to have at least 4 short videos on exercising the upper and lower part of the body with weights(5-15 lb) that can be done at home, stretching exercises, etc I'll need a portfolio of videos that the person made in the past.
