Video Editors for B-RollStock

Stock footage marketplace, working to create a new professional tool for video editors and filmmakers. Instead of selling separate, individual clips, we offer b-roll packages. A b-roll footage package is a compiled set of several clips with different angles and shots of the same topic or location for a more convenient, affordable and consistent video content creation. For each package, we will need to create demos.
We are looking for video editors to edit these demos for us.
As an editor, the individual clips for a package will be sent to you (or FTP access provided). 5-8 clips to make 1 package.
You will view each clip and cut out the most interesting segments of each one, compiling them into a demo that represents the whole package.
You will then send the demos back to us as you complete them(or download it back to FTP). We assume an editor should not spend more then 15 - 20 minutes. Now we are loooking for several people to create around 4,000 our of 22 000 clips. Then we will need more
Requrements for editors:
- knowledge of editing program such as FCP, Adobe Premeire, etc.
- knowledge of the basic rules of editing.
- Good Internet connection (for downloading and uploading clips)
Tech specs for each demo:
- Demos should be HD 1920x1080, H.264 compression, MP4 format.
- File size no more than 30-50 MB, please keep as low as possible, without reducing video quality to under 50%
- slight color correction, No audio, no FX,
- length 20 - 30 seconds
Looking for best rate based on of the cost of 1 final package, consider the big amount of them if you are hired.
